Job description
The PeopleSoft HR Associate Partner (AP) is responsible for up-front solutioning of PeopleSoft HR projects and for overall successful delivery of large-scale PeopleSoft engagements. The AP responds to PeopleSoft HR proposals & solutions the response including estimating the roles, skills, and implementation work effort as well as articulating the solution in written proposal. The AP presents to client executives and facilitates workshops. The AP provides hands-on leadership & direction to the team as well as manages client executive relationships. This is a hands-on consulting combination sales and delivery role in a complex & integrated environment which is multi-functional, multi-national, &/or multi-site.
Required
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 5 years experience in consulting and/or management experience
* At least 5 years experience in PeopleSoft HR experience including implementations at the PM or Integration Manager level
* At least 5 years experience in Proven ability to solution PeopleSoft in a multi-instance PeopleSoft environment
* Basic knowledge in Global PeopleSoft HR hierarchy design
* At least 3 years experience in Ability to present in front of clients, including C-level executives, and facilitate workshops.
* Readiness to travel Up to 75%; traveling 5 days a week, home on weekends

As the majority of our work is performed at client sites with significant travel required, applicants must live near major metropolitan airports.
